We are so ready for fall at The Factory! All of the biggest festivals and events in North Charleston happen right here in Park Circle. That’s why we are so excited about our great location, we can get there with just a 5-minute walk!
Nov. 4th: Park Circle will kick off their 5th annual Rockabillaque Festival on Saturday at 11 a.m. Come enjoy an action-packed day of fun to include a classic car and vintage motorcycle show, live music, tattoo competitions, Miss Rockabillaque pin-up contest and more! Our Factory team will also have their big orange tent set up, come say hi!
Nov. 18th: The 18th annual Chilli Cook Off and Oyster Roast hosted by the Charleston Animal Society is a CAN’T MISS event! Mark your calendars, we can’t wait to see you on November 18th at 12pm, it will be held at Riverfront Park, just 6 minutes from your Factory home. Our Factory team will also be attending this event and we are so ecstatic, we have our own recipe that just might take the crown! You’ll also be able to enjoy live music, a beer garden, animal adoptions, a kid zone and more.
Other than our great location and beautiful apartments, our endless amenities include our own CARES Team. Samantha and Benjamin host three events a month for our wonderful residents and they are always a hit!
Here are the CARES Team events lined up for November:
Nov. 8th: We will be headed to the Stingrays Ice Hockey Game on Wednesday, Nov. 8th at 7 p.m.! Email us for more info on how you can join in for fun with a group of fellow residents.
Nov. 19th: Gather Around the Table in the club room for our version of Friendsgiving! We will have multiple turkeys cooking in the club room and residents will be bringing their favorite side dishes and desserts. The event starts at 3 p.m. and will last until the final guest gets taken over by a food coma.
Nov. 29th: Its Paw-ty Time at the dog park and dog spa to celebrate so many of our 4 legged friends at The Factory at 6 p.m.! We will have treats and toys for our pups and cats and we will also have snacks for the residents!
If you’d just like a quiet night out on the town, Park Circle is still the perfect place to be. Check out DIG in the Park to watch your favorite football team on the big screen or Stems and Skins for a cold craft beer and the perfect meal to pair. We are also excited to welcome our new neighbors, Commonhouse Aleworks Brewery to the area! We are hoping to enjoy one of their locally brewed beers as early as December!
Come see for yourself why we call The Factory Your Place in Park Circle!
